Got an email from the head trainer at Diesel BJJ gym in Canary Wharf about lessons, i shall commence training at the beginning of august when i next get payed... By this time next year i hope to have earned my blue belt and then maybe i'll enter a few tourneys repping team Checkmat (big in the game!)

I've been meaning to start taking lessons for months now, i was looking at Roger Gracie's academy in Notting Hill but it was 2 expensive/far away, This place in Canary Wharf looks ideal though

I am of to an Olympic style Taekwondo training camp next saturday can't fucking wait. Get my ass in gear for the start of competitions in October. Get harder.. stronger... faster.... better!
