my personal philosophy regarding the fundamental human condition is that we are all God forgetting ourselves in different ways. and that each of us has a little formula for amnesia. and everybody's amnesia has a different shape. and this shape is what gives us the illusion of individuality.

Ok, looks to me like a WMV compression codec that youtube's player isn't very good at reading fully, either that or the software used to render the original file had a similar issue before it was loaded (probably the latter as it looks identical each time). If you've ever tried seeking through WMV or less common AVI encodes in a none native player such as VLC or M Player, you will see this alot. The artifacts are retained as new frames of motion are processed, it doesn't refresh, just attempts to work through it, the cut to the other anchor woman allows this full reset which is why she looks normal again when they cut back to her.parson wrote:
