but do you thing burials stuff sounds good to a classically trained ear? no... he makes underground dance music that has a 'vibe' perfection is not the key.

Either way, perfection is not the key. Just move ahead.

Swear to god. Don't do that. When you are old and crusty, each of those tracks can be finessed into a good track. Stop it. HD space is cheap.

As mentioned 'Everybody Knows' uses a Brandy Vocal and piano sample from Batman Begins.

'Tell Me' uses the theme from American Beauty I think...

Way more than that being used from the Batman samples in his tracks.

Things people on here have said were good etc, all gone.

I started again, fresh. I was jamming and got some real head nodding shit flowing. Its sooooo simple tho, no1 else will like it.

Very confusing times.

Well look, it doesn't hurt to have your songfiles in a folder stored away, sure, never open them up, but keep them. In a year or two, you may find very useful ideas in there that you didn't even recognize previously, let alone have the ability to develop into a legit track.

Trust on this one. It is an investment in the future that costs next to nothing.

Totally agree, if the track is shit it doesn't necessarily mean all the elements in it are too. I re-use ideas from older tunes quite often actually.
