Coming from an EXTREMELY fragmented music scene (Punk, Hardcore, Oi), its refreshing to see a style which is so diverse resisting attempts to fragment it, in comparison to let's say Punk, where you have original or '77 Punk, Hardcore Punk, Street Punk, Oi, Post-Punk, Proto-Punk, Hardcore, Emo, and even certain Death Metal like Napalm Death that are all connected to the same wellspring which is Punk itself, being unable to play a show together typically because of rigid crystallization and separation.
.......
Punk will never be dead for the individual, and the kid who finds the solution to their dissatisfaction thru its varied forms. As an art form, it is far from dead, though its height has already come and gone. The question is what led to its decline? Is this the inevitability of any art form? Punk; Hardcore; Hip-hop; Martial Arts films; Pro-wrestling; all have risen to impossible heights to only one day see their best days behind them.
yadda yadda yadda......
just because you're using big words, what you're saying is still pretty dumb.
Big words? I don't pick words based on their size or lack of it, but rather the most concise choices to convey my thoughts. Sorry if the English languge gives you difficulty in its grade-school level.
What exactly is dumb? I'm quite interested in hearing the depth of your intellect in comparison to my humble faculties.
Teach on, teacher...
well judging from your previous posts in this thread, your choice of words are anything but concise. im sorry if you feel like you've got a lot of things to say that's fair enough, but im saying that the more you use crazy adjectives and big words, the more you undermine your argument.
and as for intelligence? to be honest, i don't feel that there is any need to prove it to anyone in a post about filthy dubstep. you obviously do x
hahaha lovin the beef here
