my basic diet consists of greggs all day every single day. cant get enuff of that good for value price and those old sexy ladies behind the till.

who knows about the beef and crispy onion oval bun
and the new bun released today for xmas, 'the christmas cracker' with turkey,crispy bacon,stuffing,red onion and cranberry relish
and fair trade apple juice

ok its an extra 50p but it will taste of more than salt and will probably goto the people who greggs are kiling off
