yo props to coki for alotta big tunes but honestly you cant say he's not formulaic in his approach. also the majority of his midrange patches sound the same. every once in awhile he'll churn out an outstanding number but generally he doesnt come up with new sounds.

yeah hes just in that phase, i guess he realized he can rinse similar sounds and still make fire tracks

imo if you've make your own synth / bass sound its fine to use it in more than one tune (as long as its done creativley). Plenty of producers do it. Its the equivalent of a musician using the same guitar in more than one of there songs. It can give you a distinctive & reconisable sound.
Obviously this has its limits but a few tunes using a similar sound is fine.

cant say how coki is in person but i can say loefah is suuch a safe character, had a cheeky spliff with him after he played in brighton once. also unintentionally cockblocked benga because i ran up and hugged him while he was chattin to a girl, safe to say i was just slightly pissed, even so he was glad to have a chat so much love to him for not tellin me to jog on
