Yes and you are not allowed to smoke a spliff in most cafes. In coffeeshops you are actually not allowed to smoke tobacco so you'll have to smoke pure but maybe this rule changed...if not, most owners don't check it.
But there is definitely a ban on smoking in any public building, except for special smoking areas.
When I said 3,5 - 6 euro I ment for 1 gram, just to get rid of confusion because I see people talk about 1/8th and stuff.

Oh and weed is legal in any part (province) of Holland.

That's still only a 2.6 for £20 mate. I remember when people used to really piss and moan about 2.8's in Manc, some people wouldn't even buy it. It's a shame suppliers got greedy.

Ive seen it go from 3.5 to 3.2 to 3.0 to 2.8 to 2.5 to 2.2 and now we are at 2.0.

Id hate to think how much worse its going to get. Maybe its a good time to quit.
