Yeah what's the deal with people on this forum saying there is no sub in brostep??? Just because sub isn't the main focus doesn't mean it's not there at all. Sometimes I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.
I know! What the actual fuck.

Benga and Skream dropped it live in Sheffield on Friday night. Thought it was a rather weak mix between "Shot yourself in the foot again" and "Bass Cannon".
Skream sloppily mixing two mismatched records together??? Now I've heard everything!

Hopefully he fixed his mistake by rewinding every tune in the rest of his set.

Shiiiiit he did this in Sheffield @ The Plug. He made 10 new tracks to play that night i think he backspinned at least 7 of those sometimes more than once.

aight well rusko dropped bass cannon at TAO new years eve in cali

this crowd was tailored to the aggy side of shit so it's no suprise really they eat that shit up for breakfast lunch and dinner

it went off im not going to lie, even in the vid you can definately notice the bass

but its still a little too high pitched for my liking, i wouldn't listen to it sober

I don't want to sound hateful towards anyone but the yoy yoy sounds in between have ruined a lot of tunes for me and someone may kill the inventor of it :middlefinger: :middlefinger: :middlefinger:

Ok I was a hater of this song but last night I heard Ajapai drop it live on a good system and goddamn, it sounded amazing. You could barely hear the higher frequencies and the bass on this tune is massive and grimey. Overall, it has very good production for huge sound systems but it will sound like garbage if the mid range isn't significantly less powerful than the bass.

I think we should start a petition. Next producer to use the sample to be banned from ever making music ever again. Without a shadow, the worst sample ever.

It's not really a sample, you have to make it.

Why start a petition? Start writing your own dubstep, using all the techniques you'd like to hear more in music, give a great performance of it live at shows, rise in popularity and revolutionize the scene.

Sorry im not a producer. I just meant that sound. I cant stand it.

Apologies. I didn't actually mean to start a petition. Just trying to emphasise my distaste for that sound. Was meant to be a joke.

not sure about the intro, don't feel like it fits too well? i like it though. i like flux pavilion's trancier dancier side. "not dirty enough" doesn't mean "not good"

Skism dropped it at Fabric, got to admit it sounded pretty decent. Flux and Funtcase are two of the best tear-out/jump up producers out there IMO.
