Yeah it is, if you listen to Poker Face you can tell it is, especially at around the 2:20 mark of Heaven's Gate. It is a good track, but the fact pretty much all I have heard from stalker is just RnB or Pop slowed down is a bit boring, really.

yes I'm well aware of chopped and screwed. my point was, this whole bieber paulstretch phonemenon slowed a pop song down to an indistinguishable form, which is exactly what that stalker song is about, and if the poster i was replying to had heard it then maybe he too would have thought of such a thing.
