Much as I'm loving Slowburn, I can't really see it on Swamp, just doesn't fit in with what they're doin at the moment really.

And it says on the website that the EP is out in February, and the Swamp 81 releases are all booked up to Swamp012 which isn't due out until feb/march anyway. So probably not Swamp 81?

lol, was seminal for me too, but in a different way... to me this release was a really formulaic and packaged version of "DnB", which i was already sour on ever since it overtook jungle... *shrug* i remember feeling like i was in the wrong genre when mixing with friends and i would lean the pitch waaaaay down and they would push it back up oh well, at least it gave me a reason to find 2step, speed garage, grime and ukg

different courses for different horses and all that.

shot down on safari was one of their worst efforts with only a couple decent tunes on it that's pretty much when you could hear the dj fresh bbk sound coming into play vs their older stuff

that album was just when i was getting into dnb, didnt have a comparison point with jungle before.... this album was massive in clubs just as I started to rave as a excited 16yr old... like stuff like dillinja + lemon d 'big bad bass' this shit sounded wicked to people new to the scene

I don't really like this album, only tunes I like are Dosage and Wednesday. Yeah this is the UK artwork, one of my favourite covers actually

the new stuff sounds promising
