i usually just lose interest in what I'm making, if I were to work on a song for a month and stick with it, it would have to be a pretty bad ass song for me not to say " meeeeh.. fuck this tune". I have barely be producing at all lately :corncry:

that is what it's all about, and I can say I've done much of this myself but ya know... true dat

I just feel like with production I have too hard of a time making shit sound up to par that I don't really have a chance to be like " I can already make my kicks hi hats and snares sound good, lets make something crazy" I'm more like "man everything in this tune sounds weak" :crybaby:

I guess that's not an excuse for not making things sound interesting and somewhat unique.

Yeah, story of my production life. Either, is good, sounds bad or, sounds good, is bad.

I don't know, I'd just go for is good and minimally, incrementally work on the sounds good. I've heard your tracks for a while, you do take risks, push it and what not. Just keep having fun bro.

I like this bit:)
Don’t worry about people stealing an idea. If it’s original, you will have to ram it down their throats.

I think if production/craft is the judge of whether music is good there's something really wrong.

To be honest I don't think you should only make music if you're a good producer. I certainly don't think it's pretentious to say that a track sounds "deep". I think that the simple fact that air pressure waves can make people respond emotionally is amazing in itself.

A little bit :E: but still. It really makes me sad when people don't get anything out of music other than a "good beat" etc.
Soundcloud!
I primarily make dubstep, drumstep, and drum & bass :)

This is my new endeavor.
Music so boring, it actually epitomizes boring.

PATENT PENDING.

Just because you are a character, does not mean you have character.

It kinda can be the same in a way but imo not to quite the same level. I actually hate that word "deep". I wish we could go over deep and bro and just get back to making dubstep.

I don't find that necesarilly true. I enjoy it actually but I do think it would get monotonous listening to it every day.

Kind of like '09, '10 for dubstep? Seems like it is the fate of all "genres" with a thoroughly webbed populace.
