Just got back from leeds. Dmz was a big night, landed in leeds @ 11.45 queuing for it at 12.00, was too sick. Mystikz and Loefah smacked it. Was proper zoning to this deep tune mala dropped, mountain top business. Gutted that the system was still warming up as boiler suit was dropped, 1hr later and that would been perfect. Hatch and benga got shit hype. Plastician always a master at finishing off a rave.

Cheers Plastic. To be honest I thought the beat was alright the first time I heard it - pretty sick. Just the vocal made me wince a bit! I guess it's horses for courses though innit.

Big up anyways, ya set was shit hot :)

Yer this was too big, my ears have stopped ringing now.
I cant believe some people complain about this night??
Ive been to alot of events, not just dubstep.
This was the best night ive been too, in years, maybe ever.
The vibe on stage was far fucking too much, at times we were all just jumping and almost moshin, maybe cus it was my bday? or because we had like 50 nottsman there?? or i drank too much? either way it was unforgetable.

That video at the end, ive got another angle to that i was right infront of plastic, its from my fone though, also i took around 150 pics lol
Blog come soon.

Transport issues meant missin Youngsta, which was a wrench, reached just as Hatcha and Benga started tearin it up. Really enjoyed myself, tho in my humble op the extra speaker stack at stage right was not necessary - the sound balance, intensity, weight and clarity were tip-top at the previous Leeds DMZ party. (The fact that its position blocked off my favourite upskinnage location may also be a factor! :D )

That said, Mark and the Irations are the soundbwoys, and fkkn funny with it.

No surrenda!

Riddim!

Peace!

Out...

Yeah innit man..there's only a select few places in that room that billin' up can take place..by the bar was too much aswell. Maybe heavier at the bar than where i was skankin for most of the night.
No complaints though...apart from those long lost frequencies in my hearing!!

Big up to the DMZ family, dj's & mc's and all that reached the dance.
Hope the xtra speaker stack didn't kill too many people off.
Digital Mystikz & Loefah will be playing alongside Iration Steppas in August for a dub meets dubstep session at Subdub.
Full DMZ line ups will be in October and December aswell as some international guests in room 2 of Subdub this year.

Keep skankin
