this happened to me recently, normally i dont get bad hangovers at all, but after only 3/4 a bottle of wine on friday night i had like the worst of my life.
had to go to work on saturday morning (ive drunk more and gone to work fine) but this time was fucking rough. was like i had a fever and i ached all over, i spewed twice, as soon as i got home i went to sleep, had to wake up twice to spew some more.
really hope its a one off.

64hz maybe you drink too often, sounds like your body is just tired of alcohol. give yourself some time and a bit of exercise and ill bet youll be able to drink like normal again. or it could be the stress you put on yourself after drinking, by forcing yourself to go in to work hungover and all.

yup this is the conclusion i came to, the only thing is ive got alot of parties lined up in the near future
i'll try and take them easy.

tequila - makes me really mean..I get super hot and start thrashing around.

I do not care on that stuff.

I'm usually a very chilled out friendly (if I may say so myself) guy. Sometimes when I get drunk though I can get really aggressive. For example a couple of weeks ago I got really pissed with this person working at the bar for not letting me hold my glass drink outside. I said I would down it and leave, he said I couldn't do that and I called him a "petty tnuc" (a word I never normally say). Anyway he ended up pouring my drink down the sink so it didn't really help

But yeah I often wake up and just go what was I thinking?? I'm now trying to make a conscious effort to not get angry when I'm drunk. I could see it getting me in a bad situation. One of the times it ended up with me getting in a fight against five other bigger guys and led to me waking up with a broken nose. Lovely
