I've heard people say this guy was on PCP, but I've never seen it confirmed.

Yeah usually when someone does something like that people usually think PCP, especially if it's a black man. It's like the new Reefer Madness aged "marijuana makes black men rape white women!" kind of thing. I'm not saying weed is anywhere near the same league as a dissociative, but they both had a very similar social stigma attached to them at one point in their existence.

I don't think he is on it though, he seems to be fairly coherent... just disturbed. It could be a number of things really.
For what it's worth PCP hydrochloride has been available online as a research chemical, so it's not totally rare. What is rarer however is the home made "embalming fluid" (just a nickname) PCP that people soak cigarettes in and sell in singles. It's around a few cities in the states though, dunno about elsewhere.

Okay so it probably wasn't PCP but it seems no-one with personal experience of both can vouch for it

Anyway, dealers have been known to mix up smack with pills and ganj so why not ganj and pcp? Mind you, it could have been ketamine
So, in light of the evidence I will declare that in absence of direct evidence of PCP that was some fucking highgrade

That shit is around out here, though it's not very common or anything. I have no interest in it, tho, seems scary. Apparently a single cig dipped in the shit goes for $20.

I think it's highly unlikely that you could get weed laced with that unknowingly, though I have heard of people doing that for their own personal use.
