I'm not massive on hardcore/gabber, but when unleashed properly in a set, I'll be doing cartwheels. Prefer tunes with it mashed in though, Hidden definitely has the right idea.
Saying that, have been listening to more and more. DJ Producer is playing at St Pauls Carnival in 2 weeks...through the Dirt/Unknown/Neuron link up, biggest Void linkup...ever?
Apparently, the first release on that Core label is Producer doing a collab with....BONG RA
The flip to that Bong-ra tune is ridiculous, seriously next level.

Pretty much what I set the thread up looking for: Cooh, Curent Value and Dean Rodell making a dubstep album is about as prime as it gets.

it's all still dubstep tho, or have we split off into cells of "dungeon", "industrial", "deep", etc?

Wouldn't be a very useful thread if it were just 'That Dubstep Thread' though would it?
This is hardly a new movement either, just trying to collect together all these sounds over the years. I've seen a silly amount of people mentioning Vex'd - Degenerate recently, and how it got them into dubstep/where is that now? If half of those find something in here, success.
Rectifying previous linkfail
Just bagged this, stay with it, goes utterly off the hook. This and Misty Winter/Conference = Good Friday.
Anyone got any info about Underhill, is that album still forthcoming or what? Any more dubstep by these would be spot on.

Vex'd was my first encounter with dubstep and on a massive rig too. No one ever topped that in the past 5 years...
(Only two who ever came near were Shackleton and Kryptic Minds)
