Distance - Cyclops and Loefah - Goat Stare in a mix I d/l'd from Forensics off of here. My mate was banging on about this music so I just came on here and it was the first thing i saw. Never looked back!

the funny thing is, a few days after i'd heard wheres my money and bread get bun
i was at some house full of coke and dope heads, and this rather skinny guy in the corner was like
'Do you like Dubstep' and i just sat there, none the wiser and was like 'nah, dont know what it is'

i also remember someone suggesting burial and koan sound...i listened to them both and was like 'the fuck is this'

but yeah as someone else said before, it was just rinsing everything that was on FL37
although these few tunes were really important as they spanned me onwards from just caspa and rusko

and this along with the rest of caspas essential mix

i also had like leofah - truly dread and leofah and skream - 28 grams, on my phone without ever really paying attention to them for ages.

i love looking back on how it all came about to me...but it was just eventually a case of me gradually digging deeper and never looking back.

although saying that, the tunes i started out with are still bangers!

Digital Mystikz - Earth A Run Red is the one track I first went insane over.

First experience was In For The Kill remix.

I think I lied. Rusko - Woo Boost was my first, Benga & Coki - Night got it sealed for me.

To tell the truth I cant put it down to one specific song but it has to be a Mala, Skream, Benga, Caspa or Rusko, I also used to listen to some early Tempa and Dmz stuff. Peace

The first dubstep tracks I heard were the Starry Eyed Jakwob remix, Where's My Money Caspa Remix and Woo Boost.

Since then I've been getting into 'purer' dubstep like Roll with the Punches, Dutch Flowers, Adachigahara's Theme etc.

But it all started with those three tracks

Ruskos essential mix got me dubstep curious but it was tracks like 'skream - dark side of life' that had me going, "this is it". Love how dark it is

3 tracks did it for me, clear memories...

Kode 9- 9samurai
Digital Mystikz- Anti-War Dub
Benga- Crunked Up

It was a mix actually, 'Back To The Underground' on Destructive / Storming. And then Distance's "Traffic".
