Oh man, had a tune steak once, was brown on the outside and red/pink on the inside. Can't believe how nice it tasted, didn't even taste mildly of fish

I'm kind of addicted to that Flying Goose Brand faux-thai stuff you can get. I think it's the MSG.
Again, I don't really see what's so unspeakable about mayo on chips, it's not my first choice of sauce but it's alright. Just makes them a bit oilier and a bit more moist.
