lolno.
it is such a privilege to be able to sincerely believe this, only if you're severely brainwashed (e.g. by religion) or if you have most of your material and emotional comforts provided to you do you can you really do it.
reality's not what you make of it. there's a shit ton of extraneous input and pre existing limitations. im pretty sure that fabric of matter thing is just you trolling, unless by "bend the fabric of matter" you mean like stretch a pair of jeans.
What the fuck are you on about? I'm an atheist, but I'm pretty sure most religions don't teach "reality is what you make of it".

It begs the question: why dont you make it so you bang keira knightly on a Monday, Nicole Scherzinger on a Tuesday, Scarlett Johanson on a Wednesday...etc?
I'd love to believe that all we sense are pertubations in a field of consciousness, but I think this pov is just as lazy as dumping all your belief in a particular religion.
There is definitely a case to be made for mind/matter interaction but in studies and experiments this is a small (but still IMPORTANT and UNEXPLAINED) effect. It just seems though macro objects are far too weighed down (made real without conscious observation) with probability to be effected by a single mind.
Given the fact that quantum theory is a not very well understood aspect of a more fundamental theory, I am reluctant to limit my understanding of the world to any single belief based on the freedom it may appear to point to.
What seems obviouis to me is that the universe is computing particle interactions via the laws of physics, and i take great comfort from the fact that reality is information, more than anything else, we are patterns of information, and Information can never be destroyed.

I believe it is, reality is a combination of our senses interpreted by our brain, who knows whats 'real'. You are free to believe what you choose.

this, its all about mind over matter
I used to practise it and be able to feel no pain or trick my body into beliving it was cold when it was burning hot just by thinking hard enough, its just like how people walk on hot coals. It is fucking tough to do though

Perception of reality is the universe realising itself.

nah, it's a mixture of the usual fillings, but with all the ones you really like already gone.
some ppl can convince themselves that it's all smirnoff ... mind over matter ... and who is to say they're wrong?
nobody, until they're at slumped over a toilet bowl at 02:00, puking the whole box up.

I'm wary of the chocolates that look soft but are hard
or the ones that are so chewy that they pull out fillings.
As the godbotherers cajole, from their certain truths:
reading the good box could very well improve my reality.

its a pretty simple concept but just very difficult to do and comes with practise, say if you wanted to be cold you just imagine yourself walking in the snow or something and imagine how your body would react in those temperatures and try to emulate them. If you didnt want to feel pain you would just imagine that your doing something which isnt painful and that the sensation your getting is a good one. As i said it sounds simple but in practise its difficult so i wouldnt suggest you to go straight out and walk on some hot coals and expect that your gunna be fine.
I read something the other day saying alot of work places use fake thermostats because employees can never settle on a temperature, people use it and their mind makes it real so if they turned up the temperature on the fake thermostat they genuinly believed they were getting warmer, obviously they dont know its fake so its alot easier but it proves that reality is created in the mind and the mind can be tricked or trick itself even without LSD haha.
and to tyger, yeah my way probably wont help you if you suddenly start projectile vomiting but to be honest thats your own fault for not getting smirnoff ones

haha this is one of the most interesting views on what we are. bacteria on a lifehost(earth) destroying earth.
Joe Rogan is hilarious. god damn stoner.
@OP: We could be a science project for all that we know growing in a glass container in some random classroom. Think about it....we are actually microscopic. And the cells in our body could be universes on their own...and shit inside the cells living also. Shits wack.

The other night when i was tripping on acid, my friend had a picture of the universe on his phone, with the cosmic dust connecting different stars making them look like cells. Needless to say, it sparked more than a few trippy thoughts. Also, when i was tripping i was thinking about something. The greatest strength of humans is the power to aspire/dream/want whatever you want to call it, and tv and such replaces that for alot of people. Think about it, if you told people that we would be content to barely scrape by and never aspire to be better, and instead we would spend our time barely scraping by spending our money on television, games, and other 'fake' things, while the upper crust manipulates most things and gets even more wealthy, people would think it sounded like some kind of dystopian story. Right? Gotta love acid.

As circuits of Electro-magnetic exchange, bind us together, as one living ocean, of psycho-sensory, co-creative, space-time co-ordinates, within the Unified field... We are the amalgamation of various visible and invisible energy systems, that together, generates the human hologram"
"Through the disconnection of Circuitry, and the modification of human DNA, Humanities' connection to the heart of the Cosmos, is compromised. Humanity is orphaned, disorientated, lost in a deviant, temporal zone searching blindly for a point of spiritual reference, in order to know its self and evolve. Adopting preordained ,dogmatic belief systems that profess to define the origins of their existence. In amidst of the many and differing spins on our history and our true identity as humans, we can trust the Living Truth of Nature and the nameless energetic intelligence that defines the benevolent heart of creation. There is one truth, your truth, buried in your dormant DNA
all of the questions we have about reality, who 'we' are and what 'it' is, are to be realized directly though us

The words of quantum mysticism are rather like sub-atomic particles: the closer you analyze them the less substance there is.

Geometry isn't mysticism at all . it's just the initial process of energy transforming into matter. symmetrical /polarized physics.
fabricated mysticism might be a byproduct of interpretation, but science is mystical to begin with. myst...ery.
if the closer you analyze, the less substance you notice, that's just an example of the influence of the observer. or at least an example of our tendency to see the void as 'empty'.
