if you're gonna ask her out on the fly just do it. ask her out to coffee or summet, nothing major. if that goes well, see if she wants to get food with you another time. just dont
run up and say "Hey, I know we havent really met, but I'd really like to get to know you and was wondering if you wanted to come hang in Camden or something soon?"
tbh just ask for her number to start(if you dont have it already) you'll get an idea of how well its going if she gives you it.
