ALL THE DUSK & BLACKDOWN.
CALPoL wrote:For those interested Blackdown runs a blog, and is the only person to ever interview Burial...apparently. It's an amazing read.

Boom. Would love an LP of Margins Music though. Too many stone cold killer albums on Keysound that didn't see vinyl that I'm sure would sell handsomely *hint hint* ;-)

Another keysound one that went by without vinyl was "Routes". Killer album.

Didn't nearly on of the tunes on 'Memories of the Future' get a vinyl release though?

Hi,

You're right, a few were pressed on 10" "9 samurai/backward", Kingstown, curious ..Early hyperdub releases.
Got HYP001 HYP004, but "Memories Of The Future" is a whole piece to listen to according to me.

KODE9 reading... I don't think.

Not received mine yet, But big up Keysound for this "High Road" EP!

Wow, totally missed this til now. The record as a whole sounds absoloutely massive. The second and the third clips in that soundcloud sample smash it for me. SO hype!!! The percussion in the third one is completely banging. Cant wait to pick this up (in about 5 mins) the burialesque track could be interesting too. Only heard like 40 seconds of it from that clip, so no idea what the full tune could be like, and im happy with that. From those samples this EP as a whole is SO clearly worth the purchase!

Goddam I love you dusk & blackdown. One of the few 100% consistent places to find music somewhere on the fringes of dubstep, since day one. Keysound really does feel like an old book you grew up with as a kid or something. Been a key (aye, aye ;-) ) part of my life for a long time! So, so much time for them guys...

And for people who didnt know about keysound before this, check this totally badman track out...my most rinsed keysound release! So, SO fucking fresh! (and its got to be a good 4/5 years old...)

(ahhh it just started playing while I copied the link. FUCKING MUSIC!!!!)

I have a new favourite artist(s). Well big ups to burial for helping me get into these lot cos I always thought the crackle blues remix was sub par and kind of blew these lads off as a result, oh well I guess that's just the price you pay for being dismissive :/
