The intention isn't to nag Loefah into releasing Midnight or anything like that. The point was that perhaps someone like Toasty, who (presumably) isn't really involved in this music any more, could release an unreleased tune or two that he might have. Midnight obviously is still in circulation, it still functions as a dubplate. Whatever unreleased stuff Toasty might have on his hard drive does not have a function in the same way, and therefore, he might be willing to release it if it isn't too much hassle. D1 actually did this a while back AFAIK.

toasty did give away a pack of tunes a few years back as well

Yeah Toasty gave loads of his away.. as for Luke.Envoy didn't he say he only ever actually finished a couple tunes? I'm sure he said hes a perfectionist (or just wasn't feeling music, can't remember) and just never finished a lot of his music.

Thats why I suggested someone like Ramadanman or someone similar (loads of tunes in the forgotten dubs thread), if they're still active in the music scene but have just moved on to other things (like Pearson Sound or Addison Groove) they'd be the most likely to be up for something like this.

Bet Martyn has a couple old ~140 bits that never came out.

Reckon this'd have a better chance of success if whoever organised it pledged the profits to a charity.

Yep was thinking that too.

Luke Envoy probably won't have nothing....but god damn his beats are peng. MUGEN and Honour Kill are blatantly some of the best dubstep tunes ever. There's a bunch of good music in his Getdarker TV set which nobody has identified yet as well, dunno if its his own.
