Monsta basically runs that forum. There's a lot of good stuff if you dig around, a lot of it is quite experimental though.

I would counter argue, that Iration Steppas system is in fact too loud.

I think its a bit much really. Not much need for it to be quite that savage. I would enjoy it a lot more if it was about 10-20% quieter.
Fair comment - I sometimes find it quite hard to breathe when stood in front of the rig! It's nice to know it can go so loud though...

I stopped because I'm very bored of most halfstep and some people thought that was the blueprint for all future tunes. Plus it would take a couple of hours to go through and listen to all the new tunes, and after listening to too many copycat tunes, I thought I could spend my time more productively by writing toss here.
Hmm....

i'll go in there maybe once every 2 weeks, so i don't know how often new tunes are posted. but yeah every time i've decided to give one a try i've been dissapointed.

I think the forum has got well borring in the last year (apart from Illmansta who seems to have taken Poax's mantle and a few select others). Basicly i feel like i have to bite my tong ever since i was chastized for being a racist/misogyntist/disabled/drunk/kiddy jiggling tnuc. I'm not though.

Such is life.

I think Burial is over rated. That's not to say i dont think he's good. I think he's very good but, people have put him on a pedastal. When ever i read something on this forum about him it usually sounds like it's come straight out a a magazine article from last year. .

GET SOME OF YOU OWN OPINIONS.

Most of the tunes getting a release atm are in no way as good as the stuff that was coming out a year and a half ago

++++++ I'd have to agree with most of what Shonky says. + STANTON .

Glad to hear that..

They don't pay me enough to play if people don't even like it...

I hardly hear that much I rate - more people should start doing their thing rather than just churning out 5th rate rip-offs of other people's sounds.

Basically, yes. A bit of quality control wouldn't go amiss.

People should be upset about the shit that's going on around them but seem more concerned being morally outraged about nonsense. Twats

If your skills go as far as shuffling about behind the DJ saying "Yeah" and bigging yourself up until you can come up with a rhyme then you shouldn't be allowed near a microphone.
