Making such a life change in that amount of time indicates something is wrong imo.
I mean, I know spending too much time behind a computer and drinking are bad for you..

As an introvert I don't really see myself as locked up in a jar. I think maybe if you are unhappy when you're alone you're probably not an introvert .
