Neither have facts or other peoples opinions.

Imagine that, in a Jaydot thread.
Btw I wasn't saying you had aspergers Jaydot but you do come across a bit socially backward and your opinions seem based on either your own personal experiences then applied to the wider picture or through propaganda. Your opinions seem child-like as if you're saying "this is what I think, I will not change them no matter what you throw at me" which is why I'd be very surprised if you went to a "top uni" to study in social sciences.
You pretty much need to be the polar opposite to how you come across.. unless you're an evil genius like Joseph Goebbels.
I don't think you saw my edit and I don't think you're giving my counter-arguments enough credit, with all due respect. Why does it make it less valid if it's based on personal experience? Surely that forms the basis for opinion

You're talking like jaysdot is some kind of freak, there's a large percentage of the population would agree with a lot of what he says

Because you can't take a small sample (which your social circle and experiences are) and apply it to the whole world. To go to the extreme, all the black people in your social circle or those you've come across may steal, you may read the news and always see reports of black people stealing... but you can't then apply that to the whole world. Its just not the way you do things in social sciences.
Also you tend to look at information and for an opinion based on that, you seem to have done it the opposite.. come up with an opinion (or formed one based on propaganda) and then found data or information to support that argument. Again, not something you'd expect from a "top uni" social science student.
But you aren't a top uni social science student so thats fine, I was just saying I'd be surprised the way you form your opinions and argue them.
edit; don't think I was trying to attack you or insult you though, most people argue or form opinions that way. Just wouldn't expect from from a "top uni" social science student, which you aren't anyway.

I dunno they're pretty literal.. people with aspergers can be pretty good at physical sciences/mathematics.
The concern for me is what he'd do with the information tbh.
I could allow him to be a mathematician, but nothing which requires experiments tbh.

Has to drop out of uni due to illness - receives benefits
Sounds like society has done everything you've ever needed of it, jaydot. You can't blame an illness on society.
Well, you could argue that I worked harder to get into uni, having got shit GCSEs and making ill-informed choices from going to a shit inner city comprehsenive (I took two A levels in one year, needed As in both). Lack of guidance and role models, that kind of thing. Yeh I got into a good uni but I did it though hard graft. And now I sound like I have a chip on my shoulder probably rightfully so. As well as other factors like a pretty dysfunctional upbringing.
It's a pretty well known fact that schools pool you in relation to other students in your year from your school when considering an offer tbh.

St George's Day isn't a national holiday.
Though since I've left the UK, I no longer get chain emails forwarded to me by my workmates to sign a petition to make it one.
