ppphhheewww. Loving the minimalism on this. Im looking forward to giving this a personal listen. Its sending me more of a deep feel rather than floor killers, but thats good. The versatility of dubstep!

:D

no, it's the Yolanda who sang with Bugz in the Attic (mainly for their live show), and also on releases by Domu, Daz-i-Kue (from BITA), and Deekline amongst others.

dunno, Pinchy has been specifically keeping things off the airwaves in a "too hot for radio" fashion. Personally I think it would be better left to that first home listen. :D

this one and burial's untrue are definitely causing some major hype and making some waves even without hitting the market, that is definitely a great thing since we will be pleased with some fresh and big beatz and piecez for sure, its worth the waiting.

yea I'm pretty sure mate. UR001 (i assume you're talking about the Detroit techno 12") came out in 1990, whereas Yolanda Quartey was born in Bristol and is in her early 20s - I've known her for years, she used to MC down at our local jungle nites.

this is she: http://www.discogs.com/artist/Yolanda+Quartey

this is the one on the UR release: http://www.discogs.com/artist/Yolanda+Reynolds

yes!! proven wrong, cheers - just I read on pitchfork that she brings a sort of Masters at Work vibe to the tune, so I thought it sounded like Yolanda - who appears on UR001 Livin for the Nite (one of my favourite dance records)

still well excited about the album
