i think that might be why it doesn't work agent, because the peal clings more ?

btw any thoughts on which vegetables you keep in the fridge?, imo most vegetables shouldn't be kept there..

ketchup obviously goes in the fridge

basically all condiments do. Soy sauce doesn't.

Cake goes in a cake tin on the side.

Putting it in the fridge turns it from lovely, light, fluffy cake into something you could build a house out of.

oh I wasn't refering to what spoils or what doesn't - not a helf ting - but to do with taste ...

like the vegs that continue to ripen post getting cut off a tree, like tomatoes, avocados or peppers, they actually loose taste in a fridge because taste is 50% aroma because you shut down the 'fragrance departments' reg.trademark in lower temps :dunce:
