beef burger (bacon/cheese/all that other stuff) and fries
Ham/cheese sandwich (mustard/salad)
Sweet chilli sensations
10 mini doughnuts
More cloudy apple juice
More McEwans Export
More Captain Morgan's dark rum
Old Speckled Hen
+ lots of Darkstar Pale Ale

Should turn this into AA, for fatty imo.

fuck all yesterday due to a 16 hour migraine.

today started with rice and broccoli.
spirulina cap and bottle of water mixed wit wheatgrass.
doing well and healthy till 2 X maccies cheeseburgers and large coke

tea tonight might be rice and chilli mackerel.
gotta keeps me micro more than me macro

oh and 2 coffees 1 tea

edit. tonights tea was 3 hotdog buns with 2 sausage in each with mustard, 2 packs of bbq mini cheddars and a pack of those fancy dairy milk biscuits. oh and more spirulian and wheatgrass.

oh yeah 2 pints of orange cordial and 1 of coke in the pub.

1/2 pounder cheese burger (salad/bbq sauce) with fries
Can of Coke
Tropical fruit juice
+lots of water

No beer/rum/doughnuts today :D
Though still eatting fast food like a pleb :(

last year I ate so healthy but since christmas time I have become to lazy to shop/cook, going to up my game in feb.
