I've got it on the Sky+. just not got round to watching it yet but have heard good things about it (midnighteye liked it and that's normally good enough for me http://www.midnighteye.com/reviews/twilsamu.shtml ). But actually I quite like the film for a couple reasons..
No doubt due to the lavish budget expended on it, it has great costumes, amazing locations, and it is quite well historically researched. And above all it's a good looking and atmospheric piece of cinema.
OK, Tom Cruise is not great, granted.
