this means "I don't care, I don't care, I don't care...Ocean Pacific Peace" which I have no idea still what it means even though my girlfriend translated it for me!!! It's accompanied by a 'pumping air into a tyre' dance. Very popular amongst the kool kids!

ok, after i bit of research i have got to the bottom of this one.
it's actually, 'demo sonna no kankene', which directly translates as 'that kinda thing has no connection' which as you said, is a funny sounding way to say 'i don't care'.

The l's and r's thing isn't so bad once you get used to it. The soft f/h sound still throws me though.
Doesn't help that my name has an f, an r, and an l in it...
