benjybars wrote:bit of a random one but does anyone know how to go about getting a train from croatia (from any station near the festival) to Prague??

cheers
you can just turn up on zagreb rail station 2 minutes before the journey and get a ticket for prague for the same price as if you buy it in advance. you can buy the ticket only on the railway station (you cant buy it online). on that website http://www.hznet.hr you can only check info about local trains (inside croatia). for international they recommend http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query. ... tocol=http:&

the festival is near Zadar which is 250km from Zagreb, and very well connected with bus (i dont know about the train tho) with Zagreb.

you have a train from Split to Zagreb, but if you go to Prague, it is stupid to go to Split and then back to Zagreb, although split is very nice town :)
