Why are there so many dubstep haters out there?

Totally off subject.

I was thinking about this the other day and ytee's posted reminded me.

Why do people from the US say "I could care less" rather than "I couldn't care less," as we do in the UK?

Surely "I could care less" implies that you are not fully indiiffernt to whatever you are talking about.

Surely fucking with emo kids is like beating up masochists - kind of self defeating - what are they going to do, sit in the corner and cry?

ultimately it isn't gonna be everyone's preference but then again if i don't like a genre i don't talk shit about it, i just don't talk about it. anyway what matters is that there is a strong community of people that do like it and as long as you connect with it other people's opinions shouldn't matter, its nothing to get worked up about.

i think what makes me chuckle is people especially on this board who post under the guise of being a fan of the music but who actually dont really care for it at all. its fun to sniff them out

I heard he was Rick Morranis.

oh and on the subject of hating..

allow anyone who hates.
if someone wants to be so closed minded that's up to them.

Hate is an extremely strong word and is used far too often IMO.

I dislike many genres of music as a whole, however there are plenty of tunes within those genres that i like, whether it be pop, country and western, gabba wotever.

Music is music.

" the Gambler" Kenny Rodgers
"ode to billy joe" Bobby Gentry
"lay the blanket on the ground" Billie Jo Spears
all big tunes
