HAHA. you set yourself up for that one a beauty!
Primadonna whiny producers who act like their shit don't stink WILL not go as far in this business"
don't you mean label owners that think their shit don't stink WILL get merked by the producers that they try to steal from?

releasing a tune without a signed contract? muppet.

trying to sell the tunes full whack too - £13 for 10 tunes. you're unbelievable.
He put it up for free too. What a way to earn a fanbase. After they spent the 13 they realize they could have just got it for free somewhere else. Come on who does that? This was a deliberate dick move on his part.[/quote]

I don't set the prices my stores do. Also I don't give shit away for free if torrent sites are leaking your product this means you are actually making moves. When I put out our first hiphop album I was fucking pissed when I saw how many people were stealing my shit until I realized after talking with rayz and a couple other hiphop guys these people are stealing your shit regardless there is nothing you can do about it and its great promotion and great to know so many people want to listen to your music and the real heads are going to support and buy your product.

It's obvious at this point that most of you still aren't grasping the fact that I was handed these tunes by an individual that worked for me and told that everything was in order. That is my fault and the downfall of depending on people to do something involving my business. Every artist on this EP is quite content with the situation and understand what's at stake here.

I would never compromise the integrity of any musician it's not what I do. Please anyone here NAME ANY OTHER TUNE THAT HAS BEEN QUOTE ON QUOTE STOLEN BY FOULPLAY???? Good luck.

I have given a full explanation of the situation at hand. I'm not a primadonna anything I have worked for everything that I have attained in this world. You guys act like I knowingly just took some people tunes and maliciously put them up for sale?? NOT THE CASE.

Cringer I appreciate you coming out and being very professional about the situation you have my word this will be handled in a timely fashion and would be nice if you would take this thread down as part of us working hand in hand to resolve this situation.

So you are taking my tunes down? That is all I want. I DO NOT want my name associated with your label in any way. To just pay me for the music would not be acceptable.

Im just curious as to when he intended to pay up, before or after he did or didn't get found out?

These are the actions of a pure merchant, basically what you are saying above is that regardless of the integrity of your music its going to get ripped off by everyone anyway so you might aswell just give it to labels. This being because eventually everyone who wants it can have it for free. Good logic batman.

Its rich coming out with the premaddonna lines too mr CEO

I wouldn't call your busness succesful if you claim to be a CEO that doesn't verify contract's and finalise a deal before people's hard work and fundementally, PROPERTY is sold to weight YOUR pocket.

cut the crap, even dick turpin wore a mask.

it doesnt make sense to me, if you are in the wrong and have been caught at it, OR if it is a mistake like you say it is and you are a professional business man then whynot just hold your hands up, apologise and take it on the chin.

sticking your cock out and making it some macho fest about bitching on myspace and slagging for not being a reputable artist is really not doing you any favours.

a few sherberts and i feel like jeremy kyle

ahhh man yeah it wasn't that. i told a few of my mates to come and we were gonna walk down at 10 - but browsing Hijack Bristol then I found the set times and realised if I caught Bullion I wouldn't be home till 3, and if I caught Metske (who was apparently fucking unreal) not till 4...and I had work in a primary school this morning, which I really couldn't be late for.

My mates were ranting to me about how good it was today, even though I asked them not to...

The worst part was them trying to convince me to come anyway last night, when it was ME who told them about the DJs, the Bullion tune Get Familiar, and your night. I was like "I WANT TO GO MORE THAN YOU DO". Fury. Next time Daz, besides, next time Skweee is a gwan in Bristol I'm theeeeeeeere.

I don't think every artist on the ep is content...it would seem they are all very unhappy with you. Just take there tunes down man...or else you're suspect.

word up to everyone's support on this issue.

i had reservations about posting this up something of this calibre in the forum. but, as a result, i've come to the determination that that the dubstep community at large is massively supportive of their own. i couldn't ask for a better group of peeps to be acquainted with!

big each and every!!!

yo abZ and DLX.....what do you guys think of putting together an EP of new tunes and calling it "Controversy Sells"?
