DUBSTEP ON CUBASE?

Is your snare meant to be on the 4th beat? looks like its on the 4th and then the 9th

It's almost always on the 3rd.

3 things:

In that pic the snares are on the 5th and 10th 1/16 notes.

That isn't a screen shot of my beat, it's just one I found on google.

The snare can go anywhere you want it to, just so long as it sounds good.

didnt see it was on 1/16ths!

I know the snare can go anywhere. I just thought the beat in the pic would not be a Dubstep beat;)

I've used Cubase for all my dubstep tracks. Whoever says you cant make dubstep on cubase or any other DAW is a twat. Of course you can make it on any sequencer. So there.

Nah Both cubase and Fl 8 promise that they can make any sound. So technically you could make anything on either

I used to use Cubase alot, then i moved onto reason, because cubase was unstable. Albino 3 was nice though.

Anyone who tells you that you cannot make Dubstep on a certain DAW its a twat, and they dont know what they are talking about. Dubstep can be made on garage band if you try hard enough. It'd probly be rubbish, though.
