that would be the silliest thing though
They would be by far the worst team to ever win it. Even if Bayern bottle it I can't see them beating another 2 of the teams still in it.
[+] Spoiler
I guess maybe if they drew Chelsea in the semis...
We're not "that" bad a squad, still got some world class players who can produce results on the day, everyone always says we're weak we're not we're just playing shite :corncry:

United don't have a chance in the second leg against Bayern. Put into perspective;

No Van Persie, most probably no Rooney with his foot injury, Mata cup tied.

United don't stand a chance in Allianz Arena.

I'm not sure we are going to beat PSG at home with the goal deficit either. Cant see us stopping them from scoring.

Porto won games through serial cheating and both had a solid defence, Utd don't

Utd don't
still, those are psychological problems in dealing with another coach. they let rio stay because ferguson quit and obviously thought vidic wouldn't have that many issues with a new coach

on paper that is a similar level of naivite (imo) to only having giroud, bendtner and sanogo upfront in arsenal and it might not have been a problem

I dont believe united stand a chance but I think they do.

yeah thats fucked

I hope south hampton isn't just a 'one season team' like swansea probably was.
With two or three signings they would have a squad that could compete seriously in the euro league ( I mean on that level).
I also hope Luke Shaw stays, because it would be a good statement for younger players on a similar already there sort of level, where usually, they look for a go on a bigger bench realistically, despite the money south hampton would get via a transfer.

One of these teams comes along every few years, it seems.

Villa not that long ago. Everton regularly pop up. Fulham. Wasn't that long ago when few people were talking about the likes of Birmingham and Middlesbrough "pushing on".

Really only Tottenham that managed to do it.

Yeah man, I kind of rooted for Christian Benitez because I lived in Ecuador for a bit, such a shame with that team because they played a decent bit of attacking football. The coach was decent aswell, right? I think that's the thing, getting young coaches. Rudy Garcia at Roma is a fav at the moment, incredibly inspirational not unlike atletico or Pocchetino at south hamptonatm, just more on the ball.

Cavani and Lavezzi can't slip up two times in a row and not hate themselves for not signing with chelsea. So expect that as part of it .
I think I'm the only one in the world who feels Zlatan being out is an advantage tonight. But think about, he's struggled in every big game and most of all when it's in England and Cavani who's arguably the best forward in the world, gets to play his fav position.

You mean like Alex who's played for Chelsea, Thiago Motta or Maxwell who has played for Mourinho in Inter and Barcelona, Cavani or Lavezzi who met them last time, right? :W:

No that's not a thing here m8
