It's still mainly focused on UKG classics but i've seen him drop Lil Silva, early Wiley & Youngstar, new Special Request, Hackney Parrot amongst others.

Depends on the night + his set length too, imo he's always smashed it everytime i've seen him and you'd be silly not to go

cheers for the info. i dunno what to expect, it's gonna be like a hipster night mostly ffs with guys who jumped on every trend possible in the last 4 years

Getting to play on a decent Funktion 1 this wednesday at mi SU.

Pity the vibes are very school disco + the security are infamous for being brutal wankers Oh well if noones there by our set i'm gonna just test out my own tunes then play I remix

Yeah down in New Cross @ the uni SU, a place enticingly named 'The Stretch'

I'd say come on down but the security are notoriously aggy vs. any man who isn't a GS student, yet alone any other University Of London ppl. Seen people get abuse & turned down for no reason regularly...

It's a shame, a few years ago they had a really active 'Bass Society' which booked Skream, N-Type, Coki & more fairly regularly. Biggest booking we've had past 2 years has been Zinc and there was literally 12 people there for his set...

EDIT: + the Funktion 1 is deeecent. Dropped some Filter Dread in there the other day when fuck all ppl were about, bar staff gave me some funny looks

went to watch floating points & scruff on saturday at hare & hounds in brum, got bored & left after an hour.

Ah fair enough. I keep meaning to come to one of your small nights, at least I live up this way now though.
