Dunno about that tbh mate. On the right system a whole set of darker stuff is exactly what I wanna hear - tunes like pretty much anything from V.I.V.E.K keep it well and truly alive without taking it too mental. Now, don't get me wrong - I don't mind a bit of (tasteful) tearout every now and again, but I'd always prefer to hear something darker when I'm out.
Just so long as it's LOUD!

I was @ the DMZ night in Amsterdam and VIVEK merked the dancefloor to smithereens with nothing but DUNGEON riddims...

here are some new bits that might work in the dungeon
Don't forget to follow if you're not already doing so...
Real dubplates as in acetate?
You'd have to ask the man himself.
I was more referring to the fact that these aren't tunes you'd necessarily know/have heard already.

yeah my post was a bit stupid, i do enjoy a whole set of dungeon styles, but it can become tiresome if there is not much alternation in pace..in saying so im backing up benton in the fact that if you're upncoming and you get booked to play out, obviously if you make more than just dungeon sounds, you would cater to those styles as equally. I make hype and deeper tunes, but probably wouldnt just play a set of deep tunes unless its on radio or something, or depending on the venue/night/crowd. It's hard to please everyone.

Hey guys, Can anyone recommend me any other blogs that follow this sound? Im aware of Trusiks one, which is really good, and just wondered if there were any more that people could point me in the direction of? Also if anyone has any recommendations for up and coming labels that push this sound that would be wicked!
Thanks in advance peeps!
