The tone on twitter and to a certain extent on here is slowly starting to show people's discrimination's and prejudice.

Also that people are overlooking factors as to why this has happened, instead choosing to point blame and chastise.

I don't see why you can't condem the rioting and want it to stop as quickly as possible *and* support creating a better environment for these kids going forward. Yes, we've failed them, but no, that doesn't mean we have to let them burn everyone's city down... do what it takes to stop the trouble and then do what it takes to prevent it kicking off in the future... and not just by putting police at the Tube stations... by seriously investing in our kids futures using tax money from the richest in society.

These kids have been taught that the only path to self-worth is acquisition, but they've been allowed no tools with which to acquire. It's perfectly natural what they're done, but so is a polar bear attack in a threatened habitat... you still have to shoot the polar bear.

Lol how could anyone find this ok? It's simple, u just don't destroy other peoples property: be it a car, house or shop. They are causing so much sadness just for a free tv or computer. I say shoot them with rubber bullets untill they all lie down. And protecting a criminal, no matter what race is disgusting.

Edit:- I'm not trying to say people/communities havent been failed. But this is not the answer in the slightest.

So what will happen tonight? Will the extra police kill the riots off, or will they just start in smaller cities where these police have been taken from?

Thing is, most of these kids have used there balls and brains and made a fuck load of money. By dealing drugs, different market same thing.

It does take balls and entrepreneurial spirit to be a dealer or a hustler selling on stolen goods, but there's no brains in it. Clearly it is a limited career path ending in jail or the grave depending on which country one lives in and how far one takes things.

By doing things legitimately, one can make mega bucks and live the cushty life (like the MP's who paid off their mortgages with tax payers money lol)
