they should really include a digital download code with the vinyl...there wouldnt be a problem with that would there? we're already paying more than we would for digital...

Nah, presume it's everywhere dude.

Usually if there's a free download just from Surus, you'll see it in your order history (and it becomes available when released), whereas this has a voucher, so yeah, presume it will come with the box set wherever you get it.

It happens quite a lot actually. I've bought loads of records from my local that came with a digital download voucher. Some from Redeye too.

Yep, if the label's doing digital release too, it would be nice to get a free download with the wax too, not exactly asking for much!

a bit off topic but is it common for white labels to sound better than a normal release? idk if that question makes any logical sense, , i listen to my eyez vip white label and then eyez on my return ii space record and the white label sounds sooo much better, meaning mastered better.

Well they are two different tracks, I expect Mala probably amended parts of the mix in Eyez for the VIP. I doubt the actual vinyl has anything to do with it, unless your Return II Space disc is worn out

but i swear, it has to be the quality of the vinyl. I listen to the VIP, my speakers can handle the weight, everything sounds crisp. I play original Eyez, same volume same preset, and the speakers start sounding a little fuzzy when the bass kicks...

the point is, it's not the fact that it's a white label. could be a number of things, from the pressing, the way mala produced it, etc

Vinyl only releases get mp3s fileshared anyway. All it takes is one person to rip it off the vinyl. They may as well give a digital copy along with it rather than expecting people to rip their vinyl for a digital copy.
