i sprained my ankle this morning so i was takin a nap...
then i got a HUGE knock on the door...and shot out of bed in an instant, but was still half asleep when i opened the door.
it was my maintenance guy, with a gang of packages for me from the post office.
he looked exhausted so i said still yawning, "would you like a drink?"
he got really shy and thought i asked him to have a drink with me. in my completely dark apt at 2:30 in the afternoon.
he replied "a drink? wow! you are a mightly crass woman! i love it!"
at that point i realized what was going on and i completely woke up.
then he realized i didn't mean it like that.
so he excused himself...
and on the way out
he kicked the air and shrugged his shoulder like a pepe le pew cartoon!
it was awesome.
