A roast is gonna get lenged today. Purposefully not eating anything until that, so that my stomach is eating itself...then BAM! a hit of oral bliss.

It's better to eat steady small amounts through the day. When you've not eaten for a while, your stomach shrinks (like taking loads of phet). So if you keep your stomach on form, you can much bigger portions 8)
