Oh, I meant 1 quid a day. My total's about 30 quid in 3 weeks, which I'm not complaining about.

But, as I said, sticking it to my domain messed up all the adsense info on the blogger side.

Just spent about 2 hours writing up a post only to have it disappear, and the shitty little autosave immediately clicked on.

Very unfair I'd say, firky.

I don't. He can spam a forum on the offchance of someone reading it but sending unsolicited emails is spam. It pisses me off just as much as those toe-rags that turn up at your door trying to sell you double glazing. If he's any good word will soon get around on a forum this small that he's good, same as happened with drokkr and a few more. To the best of my knowledge they've never felt the need to spam people to get respect and the attention they deserve.

Either way, like I said, Fent Plates. Please don't spam me, it's fucking lame and if you can't respect the basic "netiqutte" rule of not messaging people with out their consent, then I certainly don't expect you to get why it I and many others consider spam lame.

Also if he actually looked at my blog link he'd see that I far from 'run' one. He can't even be chuffed to check out my shitty single blog entry, haha.

Like I said, you run a blog, most of these blogs support music, although this is a money thing, inadvertently most of you have really taken onto writing a decent article so along with supporting the deep aspect of music that we push we would support your blog by putting it on our site and getting you impressions!

agh that's horrible. i always wonder why the autosave saves every three seconds

when i write long posts, i'll normally do it in Notepad/TextEdit and then copy/paste, so there's no chance of anything flubbing up

There is undo in the editor. There are actually many levels of undo, even through the saves. In my particular case, the part that was cut was well below where I was working so didn't see that it was sniped until it was well too late.

Yeh man, for some reason the undo just didn't work - absolute bitch when that happens - spent all morning over a nice breakfast writing it up, nice and relaxed, and lost it all - luckily 99% of it was just formatting.

In terms of the Fent Plates thing, there's a difference between a sweeping message and spam. They're working hard trying to get their name out there - you can't expect a handwritten, hand stamped letter to be sent to every blogger in the UK. They're not a huge corporation, and they're not trying to sell you mobiles. The way they've written it suggests what it is - a mutually beneficial thing: they're offering you information and content, and you're offering them promotion.

Quite an overreaction.
