He didn't touch me or anything but sometimes just a cheery welcome on to the bus and a "have a good day mate" as you get off can really put you in a good mood in the morning. Which in turn makes you extra friendly to others then the world becomes a better place. In fact world peace could definately be achieved if we all agreed to kill grumpy bus drivers.
thiiiis! too many grumpy bus drivers, its sick when you get the really happy friendly ones
I imagine they have to put up with a hell of a lot of shit, but some of them just seem deeply unhappy in their jobs. Just fuck off and do something else and let some well-mannered, right-up-for-it Polish lad who'll be grateful to do the job take your place!

The same applies to all people who work in customer facing roles. Can't stand service without a smile.
I had an asshole driver not stop for me as I was running with luggage. I had already missed my flight anyways for being far too drunk so it didn't matter much. I was pissed but he's still a bus driver at the end of the day, I aint.

Well any heterosexual bus driver would have stopped and even given you a hand with your luggage, so we can only assume he was gay as well as a fucking arsehole (who maybe hadn't been doing enough of the latter  )

And still a bus driver.

Just joined the uni gym after aaages of not being able to go. Had my induction this morning and the new place is amazing! Swimming pool, climbing walls, starbucks, 30 tv channels (+ catch up tv, movies, radio, games and internet) on every piece of equipment, classes in the sports halls, saunas, annnd massage rooms. Last year all there was was one sweaty hall with a few cardio machines and 'Murder she wrote' constantly playing on two TVs at the front. Epic. :D

Last night really, but still feeling it today.

Wasted £8 on my oyster card to get from Whitechapel to Kingston only to get lost and then find out the gig had sold out. Sat outside next to the fire exit to listen to the support but got told to move on. Come back an hour later to find out we can go in, get to see one of the best bands I've seen this year.

Then pissed about like little kids getting lost along the Thames.

My free last lesson consisted of this...
Me: Nick, you look pretty high right now.
Nick: I am. want to come for another spliff?
Me: Yes!

was a few days ago, but haven't been at computer

so i got all my bud from my harvest, and packed about 2 ounces to take to leeds
thought to myself is it a good idea to carry this through waterloo/tube/kings cross? but i'd never seen any dogs at waterloo or tubes or kings cross, and i go through them a lot
so get to waterloo, and i go straight down the really long escalator to the tube, i'm about halfway down (at the top you can't see the bottom0 and i see about 10 police standing around, one holding a dog sniffing everyone getting off the bottom of the escalator
couldn't go back up cos it was so rammed, so just had no choice but to carry on down lol
get off, dog sniffs me, and i just carry on walking
haven't been that scared in a long time, or as relieved

That reminds me of the time I went to Coloursfest (a relatively shit dance festival in Glasgow) and had 10 bad boys and a bottle of poppers in my boxers as we entered. Police were there with sniffer dogs, and we seen guys gettin taken into this cubicle to get searched a little more thoroughly.

Even though all my mates also had stuff on em they all sauntered passed the police and dogs no bother, but as I reached them the little bastard sat down on the ground and looked up at my balls blatantly thinkin "this stnuc got drugs on him". Thankfully after some questioning and an empty of the pockets, along with the threat of a strip search (and the well placed admittance that i'd been at a party before i came where some naughty boys were smokin weed) he let me through, boxers and dignity untouched!

A little nerve racking! But a major result :D
