He fucked up after telling the team not to slip in a pretty high profile moment.

It's going to have people pointing and laughing. I'm alright with the Spurs video being posted as a Liverpool fan, if I was a Spurs fans I'd be less alright with it.

hubb wrote:Its ridiculous to say that Muncey.

Not least with all the points I already made
-with him playing out of position,
-having a crazy price tag on his head in a weird club with little experience in dealing with superstars like Ibra,
- being measured against Ibra, who's had the best season of his career, in a career where his presence is a league title guarantee every single year!!!!
(apart from milan + the fact that they want to get the most out of his last years )
so basicly you can't question Ibras position but they need a sub
and thats where Cavani shows his class by scoring in every second match.
Ridiculous to say every time I've seen him hes been a bag of shit? Fair enough I take your points on board like being compared to Ibrah or playing out of position ect.. but those are excuses not reasons why hes not shit..then you just provide goals stats like thats the only measure of a good player, strikers can play amazing, provide goals or just in general play really well without the need to score every other week. Just cause someone scores goals doesn't mean they're fantastic, he was incredible at Napoli.. hes been horseshit at PSG imo. Not based on CL but based on every game I've seen him in.. I've probably seen 1/4 of PSGs games this year so granted I might have just seen the bad ones. I'd be interested in seeing his pass completion stats and shots attempted:goals scored ratio instead, that may convince me my judgement is wrong but goals scored in a shite league with the squad around him won't.

Most of the time I see Cavani score he should have had 2/3 before he scores a standard goal or tap in. Could well be just I've seen him in the wrong games but I've seen him in enough "wrong games" to form a judgement on him, especially in such a shit league.

I think its a case of being overshadowed by so many great players, he doesn't stand out and the teams not built around him. Torres was pretty much the same coming to Chelsea, he wasn't the only big name and we refused to build a team round him like Liverpool did and he just turned shite. I think Lewandowski might have a similar problem moving to Bayern.

Good point with having a team built around him, at least sort of because he has almost the same attack with Lavezzi playing in psg and Hamsik is hardly that much better than Pastore or Veratti or whatever. Napoli have amazing fans, compared with psg.
I do believe he has had some issues + an injury in the beginning, so there's that.
I fully agree with just posting some stats is boring and not really evidence as such. However, when it's as silly as Falcao who scores at a freq. slightly below suarez/messi etc, it should mean something. He's had an injury too.
Don't know about Lewandowski, but he's a great passer so Pep might have something up his sleave, but still a shame.

Be interesting to see what PSG have against them, supposedly going to be harsher.

This whole FFP looks like a joke really. We'll see how it goes once official announcements are made, but if they actually sanction only clubs like City and PSG and leave alone - once again - the Spanish giants which are crumbling under debts, how is that supposed to be fair-play??? I don't know about City but PSG's balance is absolutely fine... Plus, fining them, OK, but, restricting their number of players allowed to play CL, wtf??? To me it just sounds like measures aiming at protecting the historical big clubs by preventing the competition to grow.

So City and PSG are being penalised because they're "new money"?

It's just because they're the two most recent ones, Chelsea have had megabucks for long enough that their revenue has caught up
