We did it with Mata and De Bruyne.
Those were political, Mourinho showing his whip etc. He might have a point, but it was more about the whip imo.

There should be some sort of system in place too to ensure you pay off your debts. Unless that's what the idea is behind this?
as far as i can tell it's so clubs don't get ruined if the big man with the chequebook up top decides to fuck off/gets sent to jail
teams like leeds show how devastating being fucked financially can be to even top teams
it's not good for football to havve clubs incurring massive debts which are written off periodically by some rich owner

makes you appreciate all wenger's done for arsenal really

Away from the mega bucks...
At Bradford City's awards, Stephen Darby won all 7 player of the season awards!
Player of the year
Player's player of the year (Every player voted for him)
All four supporters clubs player of the year
Most consistent player
Even more remarkable considering he's a right back.

if i've learnt anything from last summer and january it's fuck the media speculation where arsenal are concerned. gets everyone gassed over nothing.
will only pay attention to confirmed signings and deadline day this year.
hopefully wenger doesn't move like a geriatric so that any signings can have something that at least resembles a preseason.

I put a 70p on Liverpool to win the league at 10/1 then they won the next 9 games. I cashed it out for £5.80 before the Chelsea match and they've not won since... Think it might be my fault.

All I can say is that Arsenal had better win something SOON.

#Soon. Would 9 years without a trophy be redeemed by winning the FA cup?
