Re: UK riots
Professor Gus John on the BBC right now - finally someone talking some sense on the news!
Re: UK riots
Word is that rioters are gathering in Five Ways, police EVERYWHERE in city centre, road closures, bare muggings, the fort shopping centre is being done over now according to somebody who's wife works there. Might dip from work soon, work in Aston, kicked off there last night. Mill Hill is quite a long way out in suburbia, and quite rich and posh.zerbaman wrote:NW London people:

To my mind, that generally doesn't mean waiting for employment 'opportunities' from others!
All I'm saying is that everyone is capable of finding ways and means to improve their lives without wanton destruction or resorting to crime and violence to advance.

Reckon Ken will get in next time because of this, Boris not doing well with it at all.
Also, doubt Theresa May will be staying around for too long, even Cameron taking a knocking.
.....out to those that say mindless violence doesn't change anything!

I felt so much better when I saw an interview with her this morning!Mr Hyde wrote:pulkpull wrote:Boris was just on live telly and got fucking torn apart by the public.
