ahh they changed that Skrillex 'Founding Father of Dubstep' pacha link to some other artist.

heres a fresh one http://pacha-nyc.clubtickets.com/us/201 ... s-skrillex

and as a precaution if this link goes down too.. taken from the site.

"The 2012 Grammy nominee for Best New Artist and ‘founding father of dubstep’, Sonny Moore aka Skrillex has plenty of excited news to share with his fans. Bringing the genre of music from obscurity to an international sensation, Skrillex will be bringing The Mothership Tour from coast to coast in the early months of 2012. Just announced today are 10 tour dates to dub to, with 6 gigs in Los Angeles and 4 in New York beginning late January until the first week in February. Accompanying him for the ride is an impressive line-up of dubstep dudes including Zedd, Alvin Risk, 12th Planet, Zane Lowe and more. Well known EDM DJ/Producers including Diplo and Wolfgang Gartner will also make appearances along the way to join Skrillex."

Is zane lowe that annoying aussie sounding prick that plays shitty rock music on radio radio 1? Proof that skrillex is the new cool thing for emo's that want to feel edgy and underground.

They'd think big apple records had something to do with new york, americans find it hard to see anything outside of their great nation.

Nah, the real sellouts are the Doors who are collaborating with a guy like Skrillex.

The band who made a 12 minute song for Apocalypse Now.............is collaborating with Skrillex.

That's like having Raekwon doing a collaboration with Larry the Cable Guy. It might sound awesome, but it's still fucking stupid.

Come on, i know it's cool to hang out with the scene kids, but The Doors should go with the hipsters and collaborate with either Mala, James Blake or SBTRKT instead.

The Doors - The End (Shackleton Remix). That would be sick. :o

The Doors shouldn't go anywhere near dubstep. Fuck this electronic music bandwagoning from people whom can't get over the fact that they're not relevant anymore. 'specially a band like The Doors, they're like what? 60-70 now?

Apocalypse Now is one of my favourite films of all time. But lets clarify this: The End was certainly not made for that film. It was written over 10 years before! Honestly, I don't think the style of The Doors suits a pairing with any dubstep producers. At a push perhaps their most psychedelic era style (Waiting for the Sun) might go with old skool Kode9? Now, John Cale collabing with 05 era Loefah. That's the stuff dreams are made of. Or Trent Reznor working with Vex'd. Or Kevin Shields working with anyone in the scene. Ok I need to stop this now, these will never happen.

Trent Reznor collaborates with Burial.

Come on, it should happen.

Or maybe a concept album between Reznor, David Byrne and Burial with a theme based on North Korean propaganda. Imagine Fostercare with industrial synths and North Korean Juche loudspeaker samples.

Scorn has called it quits! He's moving onto other territories. I believe this was announced early December. Too unfortunate really, but I've said it before, I never liked his attitude. But that shouldn't rub off on enjoying the music.

he's always been a weird character, so I suppose he could still make a comeback.

:i: as awesome as Reznor & Techno Animal collab would be you know that they'd get over excited and really it'd just be a kickass industrial track with little to nothing to do with dubstep.
