That is actually one of the most devastating things that can happen on public transport IMO, apart from when they banned drinking on the tube.

Yeah its just that sinking feeling you get when the tune your listening to cuts out, followed by feelings of frustration, panic, self-pity, depression, boredom etc

This also means no tunes for the gym after work or for the journey home

Might need to mug a hipster for his tunage on my lunchbreak

My sis and bruv - who thought it was a 'fancy looking headphone you got there'- and asked what the price was, because they might buy one too - stupid ppl.
So I told them and they believed it to be very expensive.
2 days later - today- my brother bought this Sennheiser HD 205 for € 50.
And so:
sis: "Hey, did you see his new headphones?"
me: "yeah"
sis: "Haha, I laugh at you!"
me: "Why?"
sis: "because his headphones look alot like yours and he payed like € 100 less! "
