nice one kins you mad bastard. you'll never catch me doing anything like thatkins83 wrote:Yeah, it was good cheers mate. I was aiming for around 3 hours, finished in 3 hours and 9 minutes, so I'm pretty happy! Fucking hurting today though! I can see myself doing another one - it was quite enjoyable, weirdly.eLBe wrote:how did you do on mate?
lol cheers dude! Surely there's some sort of challenge you'd fancy doing?badger wrote:nice one kins you mad bastard. you'll never catch me doing anything like thatkins83 wrote:Yeah, it was good cheers mate. is there an extra post for me?eLBe wrote:yeah for sure, its an extra 6k onto my basic. Just need to decide between Birmingham and London.
I like london, might even be able to commute from brighton and move down with a coupe of mates, also got another couple of mate living/moving there already.
Birmingham is a lot cheaper and as the pay is the same my mullah will go further.
still its a way off before the job is available yet so no need to think too hard

That's great to hear mate, nice one. It's always good to have options! I look forward to seeing a 'Birmingham vs London' thread in the not too distant future!!eLBe wrote:yeah for sure, its an extra 6k onto my basic. Just need to decide between Birmingham and London.

Yeah man, I smoke. I smoke about 5 cigs a day at work, and about 5 zoots in an evening. It's just a matter of getting your body used to the abuse! I think stopping smoking would probably take about 15 minutes off my time, but hey. Obviously, you're never gonna be as fit and healthy if you smoke, compared to if you didn't smoke at all, but I do think that a decent level of fitness and smoking don't have to be mutually exclusive.gwa wrote:kins do you smoke or what not, i mean what you did was impressive man large the fuck up. I had a bet with my coworkers son that i could race him around the block on a skateboard and he was on a micro scooter. Fucking failed massivly and my throat was burning, felt massivly faint and said to myself....fuck exercise.
See im more or less around the same. Maybe not 5 in the evening because i have to go to the garage to smoke, and seen as its getting cold outside and the only thing to keep me company is old telepathy jungle tapes i seem to knock it down to about 1-3 a night. Still i wouldnt be able to do what you did that is fucking tremendous man.kins83 wrote:That's great to hear mate, nice one. It's always good to have options!
