not sure. but it seems to be where most grime producers have moved their sound.SCope13 wrote:Wait he's been producing trap lately? Must've missed that..

Pisses me off the lack of new grime vinyl.. 616 earth do but I find the pressings are pretty shite. Other than those, Oil Gang and Butterz I can't think of any other grime labels that do vinyl.
Grime producers seem a bit lazy when it comes to actually putting out music.. once the tunes are done they just throw em in as a random EP on iTunes. Comes across as most just want a quick payday instead of take the time to put out music in a way you'd be proud of. Shame really because I think doing stuff that way makes tunes a lot more forgettable very quickly.
those reverse hats are smart as fuck.JizzMan wrote:dunno if this has been posted on here before but:

http://www.soundcloud.com/samenames
http://www.soundcloud.com/therabit has a sweet forthcoming business on a new grime label
http://www.soundcloud.com/neanatrax not strictly grime tho
http://soundcloud.com/spf666 while I don't rate the tunes he has on dashboard right now, following him will be worth it as he'll put out a few forward thinking, grime influenced tracks this year
http://soundcloud.com/djmurlo not strictly grime but he has quite a few good remixes of eski essentials
Also wax wise, to add to Oil Gang, Butterz, No Hats No Hoods, Night Slugs Earth 616 etc, there is:oski wrote:no hats no hoodsMuncey wrote:Riddles wrote:yeh, barely any grime is on vinyl these days...murky21 wrote:just hope he's still into pressing 12"s![]()

also there's other labels such as hyperdub and night slugs that aren't exclusively grime that release stuff from time to time
tbh grime vinyl is in a far far far better position than 2009..
