Yeah i've splashed too much this week already, would've kept some back if i'd remembered.
Don't recognise many of the stall names either which is good!
Just spotted the list now, there are a few good stalls. (If I can convince myself to go) I'll be checking out Rush Hour, BBE and some of the private collections. As much as I hate to say it there could be some good shit there.

Just out of interest, is anyone on here massively bothered by original pressings?? Never understood why they hold so much esteem with some people?

no not really man. I felt like a bit of a chief writing that tbh honest.
I'd hold a nice fresh re-mastered LP in the same regard as on old one.
BUT in this case, just as i happen to have it and its a bit of hiphop history, its vaguely cool

i think the 'esteem' around having an OG press is about if you bought a classic/ record when it came out i.e. 'BUT I WAS THEEERE MAAAN'
actively trying to seek out OG pressings if you didn't buy it at the time, I agree is kind of pointless

Naa i know what you mean, if you've got it's kinda cool but if I was looking for a record and there was an original press and a re press available I wouldn't bee fussed about the OG.
there was a thread about this on another forum I go on, some guys spending 2-300 dollars on crackly old backayard Jamaican pressed albums when there's been represses available, bloody madness imo.

Tbf the pressing i've got isnt the greatest, few skips in Jazz (We've Got)
3rd favourite tune on the album
How much are OG presses of Low End Theory nowadays anyway out of curiosity?

VERY SIGNIFICANT. Call the Interpol grime special unit for further investigation.

Sigha is the only capable techguy on the Hotflush roster (I won't count Sepalcure since it's not really "glitter techno"), however there is still much better stuff around. dig through the Hard Wax techno section for a couple of days.
same goes for Dettmann, really. he's had some decent releases back in 2006, but his recent stuff is just underwhelming. rather spend that money on some Omar S. plates.
